Routines for EFreeze unit

DoneCheckFreeze	Stops background freeze detection thread.
FreezeNotifyStillAlive	Lets EurekaLog know that your main thread is still working.
InitCheckFreeze	Starts checking for freezes and hangs.
IsFreezeCheckEnabled	Indicate if freeze detection is currently active.
IsFreezeCheckInstalled	Indicate if freeze detection was initialized.
PauseFreezeCheck	Temporarily disables freeze checks.
RaiseFreezeException	Raises freeze/hang/deadlock exception for the specified thread.
ResumeFreezeCheck	Enables freeze checks back.
