Checks if object is assigned and logs result.

Parameters
AMsg [in]
A name of the object.
AValue [in]
An object to log.
Return value
Returns True is AValue is assigned, False otherwise.
Remarks
This functions adds an object status to the log. A value of NIL will be logged as "not assigned", everything else will be logged as "assigned".
