Return value
True - freeze checks are disabled; False - freeze checks are enabled.
Remarks
The thread's Execute method and any methods that Execute calls should check ChecksPaused periodically and do nothing when it's True. The PauseFreezeCheck procedure sets the ChecksPaused property to True.
