Routines for EBase unit

EndThreadEx	Terminates the execution of a thread.
ExceptionMessage	Retrieves error message for an exception.
HandleException	Handles exception.
IsEurekaLogActive	Indicates if EurekaLog is active or disabled in this application.
IsExpected	Checks if exception is an expected exception.
MarkExpected	Marks exception as expected exception.
NameThread	Names thread for debugging.
NameThreadForDebugging	Alias for NameThread, this overrides System.Classes.TThread.NameThreadForDebugging.
RaiseExpected	Raises expected exception.
RaiseOuterException	Raises an exception and captures the current one.
RaiseOuterExceptionExpected	Raises expected exception and captures the current one.
SetEurekaLogState	Enables or disables EurekaLog in this application.
SetExceptionMessage	Sets or changes error message for an exception.
ShowExpected	Shows expected exception.
