This is a basic unit for EurekaLog.
Remarks
It contains a basic routines to control EurekaLog. Can be included in any application without referencing the entire EurekaLog source code. You can include this unit into your uses, if you want to get EurekaLog global state at run-time. Alternative approach is to use conditional defines.
